New Energy

Committed Leadership

Bold Progressive

Throughout my career I've consistently stood for change, from creating the LGBTQ Student Liaison for the Prince George’s County Regional Association of Student Governments, to working alongside fellow progressives like Rep. Elijah Cummings, Rep. Steny Hoyer and Del.  Joseline Peña-Melnyk.

New Energy is what I bring to District 22. I was raised in New Carrollton, attended school at St. Mary's Landover Hills, and graduated from Parkdale High School. I know the challenges and triumphs our community has faced. Together we can grow further because change happens from the ground up, not the top down.

District 22 deserves Committed Leadership in Annapolis that is willing to listen to our communities diverse group of stakeholders and work alongside with them to create solutions.

We need more leaders that share our values. For far too long, far too many of our families haven't been able to get ahead. It's time our community sends someone to Annapolis that'll always have our back. A Leader who will fight for Bold Progressive policy that helps elevate Maryland's working families.

Where I Stand

Education

The world of music is ever growing and evolving, and we’re not just talking about sound trends. With the consistent introduction of varying revenue streams and distribution channels, the opportunity for profit grows, but so does the complexity. That’s where we come in.

Environment

The way people consume entertainment is constantly in flux, so the laws must adapt quickly. Harris Ingram strives to anticipate these changes so you can focus more on creating the performance of a lifetime.

Economic Security

Demystifying art law is in itself a creative practice. It requires finesse, strategic structuring, and in many ways, empathy. At the end of the day, art and its worth are profoundly personal. That’s why we advise mediation or arbitration before stepping into litigation.

We must all obey the great law of change. It is the most powerful law of nature.
